SHEET MUSIC: Pelican Music Publishing does not accept returns on sheet music. We provide information and the opportunity to review the music prior to purchase. We will accept returns under special circumstances within 10 days of the purchase date, but it will need to be approved prior to return by emailing sales@pelicanmusicpublishing.com
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS: Returns must always be approved prior to shipping by emailing sales@pelicanmusicpublishing.com within 10 days of the purchase date at which time a return authorization number will be provided. All returns must be in original, undamaged, new condition, and include all original packaging. Returns will be subject to a restocking fee and to inspection upon receipt by Pelican Music Publishing.

Forms of payment accepted: Credit Card, Check, Money Order, and Purchase Order (for approved Distribution accounts). To complete a transaction, select your payment option, and click on the Continue button. The payment information page will vary depending on the type of payment you select. If paying by check or money order, products will not be delivered until the payment is received. Purchase Orders are accepted only from schools which have a Pelican Music Publishing account. Email us at sales@pelicanmusicpublishing.com for information on setting up an account.
All items are shipped by USPS via Priority Mail and Express Mail or UPS. At the time of placing the order, you will have the option to insure your shipment.
Overseas orders will be sent via Global USPS Express Mail only and subject to any additional import taxes and surcharges. We have no control over whether your country will charge customs or import taxes when the package reaches your country. We write on customs forms what is inside each package as well as the cost of your order. The person who receives the order is responsible for paying all costs associated with moving their package through their country's customs or import tax system, and we cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs. We recommend that you contact your local customs or import office for further information on what these charges may be before you make an order.
